Athletes often skip meals in order to stay agile. However, this is not advised as low blood pressure may set it. So how about eating 4-5 meals per day? Eating breakfasts regularly will help you combat the much needed energy for the morning warm-up activities. Also eating raw fruits and vegetables help. Therefore try to eat all those that are in your crayon box especially the green and the red ones. Most of the dieticians’ advice not to eat highly processed foods. But this is not really true. You should avoid eating them. If you want, an extra helping of that yummy desert, just this time, won’t kill your efficiency. But seriously there should be lots of proteins present in your breakfast. This will thwart any insulin fluctuations in your body that may occur due to speedy digestion of glucose in your blood. Design a colorful diet that comprises of all the essential elements in order to boost the immune system.
